STARNAV has come of age. It still can’t vote or drive, but it hasn’t waited all this time to become a major player in resilient GNSS-free navigation for contested electromagnetic environments (i.e. sites where the GNSS signal is jammed or decoyed).
To the well-born, value does not await the number of years!
There have been many successful projects since 2007. Starting with RAPACE, which today enables front-line units to operate in unrivalled conditions of firing safety and assurance.
We still have work to do to finalize the tasks in hand… and so many ideas to put into practice that we’ll need many more anniversaries!
